Rachel Mesina Castro, a nurse, who graduated from Dr. Carlos S Lanting College, believe that you always need to keep in your job, because she believes that patients undergo anxiety, changes of mood and feelings. She believes, that knowing each other is the best way to have an effective communication.

Another nurse whose name is Sherrie Mae Pelagio, said that she does encounter a hard conversation which needs a lot of patience and understanding. A nurse’s job is not that easy, you have t give your all to fulfill someone’s needs and you have to always be in the mood to be approachable and ready to listen to have a good conversation with a patient. She believes that good communication is important because it can promote teamwork.

The last one who have been interviewed is, Kenshin Martin, a graduate from University of Baguio. He experienced good interaction with patients, saying that he did not encounter any hard conversation between him and a patient. He says that everyone is listening, he also knew that visuals or concrete things can help ease the communication.

A nurse is a healthcare professional who is engaged in the practice of nursing. Nurses have plenty of work to be done in the hospital such as, giving medicines, taking blood samples, answering questions which involves a communication. nurses are the one who we go to when we are in need at the hospital, they are the one who knows what’s best for us and they know what can make us feel better. Nurses are natural hero, they save lives every day
