This is the summary of communication I’ve gathered from the nurses

The Communication problem stated by the first interviewee said that not all patients are cooperative. The second interviewee stated that some patients are disagreeing or not  listening to what she’s saying, she also added language barrier, trust and psychological capacity of the patient are the things that causes communication problems. The last interviewee also stated language barrier, he added illiteracy and lack of knowledge about the teeth are one of the things causing him to have a communication problem.

Having a poor communication with someone could make things complicated. I think for us to communicate well, we should be relax and be mindful on everything we say because this could affect the patients mood that could cause a miscommunication betweee the two of you. Being calm and gentle to your patience could really a make difference, if you practice this kind of attitude commucating with your patients will go smoothly but still it varies.
